1-teaspoon salt |

ground black pepper |

| |
| Sauté all vegetables and herbs in 3 tablespoons canola oil and let cool. |
| Add half of the catsup and all remaining ingredients |
| Mix well, form onto sheet pans 2" high by 8" wide |
| Top with remaining catsup and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until temp reaches 150 degrees |
