Made with Crystal Hot Sauce. Neil served this over Tasso-stuffed Prawns wrapped in bacon. But it would be great with pork chops, or chicken wings too!

Crystal hot sauce

brown sugar firmly packed

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Then add the Crystal sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to a simmer and allow the sauce to thicken slightly.

Best served heated or slightly warmed.

Yield: 1 cup
