Chocolate Chopped Fine

Bread Filling*

Blend Sugar And Eggs In Kitchen Aid On High For 2 Minutes.

Heat Cream In A Thick Bottomed Sauce Pot, Bring To A Boil, Remove From Heat And Add Chocolate, Stirring To Combine. Slowly Blend In The Chocolate Mixture To The Egg Mixture.

Mix Liquid And Bread, Let Stand For 1 Hour Then Place In A 9 X 11 Greased Pan, Top With Foil,

Bake At 350 In A Water Bath For 40 Minutes Or Until A Toothpick Comes Out Clean.

Tips

* We Use Cinnamon Rolls, And Chocolate Croissants For The Bread, But Regular Bread Can Be Substituted.
