2 tsp   Chopped Garlic  
  Juice Of One Lemon  
1 Tbs   Worcestershire Sauce  
1/2 Tbs   Black Pepper  
1/3 cup   Dijon Mustard  
1   Small Can Anchovies Chopped  
1.5 cups   Canola Oil  
  WATER  
 
Whip Egg Yolks And Dijon Till Thick, Add , Garlic, And Anchovies Whip
Add Oil Slowly
Add Black Pepper, Lemon Juice And Worcestershire
Thin With A Little Water If Necessary To The Consistency You Wish.
Refrigerate Immediately
Should Keep 1 Week Refrigerated
