Aglio e Olio with Smoked Trout

Aglio e Olio with Smoked Trout

Source

Author: Rosina Wilson

Source: Seafood Pasta & Noodles, The New Classics

Rosina notes: When the cupboard is bare, a simple aglio e olio (garlic and oil) pasta can make a quick and satisfying meal. Spiff it up with some sweet, juicy smoked trout for an elegant brunch or after theatre supper -- and feel free to experiment with other seafood such as smoked salmon or sturgeon, leftover cooked fish, or canned tuna, sardines or anchioves.
