Rosina Tinari Wilson is first and foremost a wine advocate. Food and wine affinities are her forte. And, although her wine prowess can put her with the big dogs at any wine tasting, (she has been known to blow away the competition at blind tasting events), she has a knack for keeping it simple. Actually, Rosina will tell you when a beer or a Coke is more appropriate with a certain dish as well.


Among Rosina's many hats is that of Senior Editor of Wine-X magazine, the wine magazine for the "Gen-X" crowd. I love their tag line: wine, food and an intelligent slice of vice. She is also an accomplished food, wine and travel author contributing to many newspapers and magazines. She was the Wine and Spirits editor of Taunton's Fine Cooking Magazine. She is an educator, having instructed both consumers and professionals at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.


AND she is the author of Seafood Pasta & Noodles -- The New Classics (Ten Speed Press).
